“Best Trip Ever — and the Best Hair Moments Too” — by James

This spring, three of us finally took the road trip we’d been planning since college. Just good friends, the open road, and way too many playlists.

We stayed in small cabins, hiked through windy trails, and spent most evenings around a firepit talking about life. What I didn’t expect? My Hmily hair dryer becoming the MVP of the trip.

It’s compact and foldable, so it slipped easily into my backpack. After a long day outdoors, there was something comforting about taking a hot shower and then drying my hair with something that felt like home. The high-speed airflow was powerful but quiet, and the LED temperature light came in handy when my friend accidentally cranked the heat up too high — she loved that it turned orange to warn her!

Honestly, we ended up passing it around. I think we all realized how nice it felt to care for yourself even in the middle of nowhere. One friend joked, “This is the fanciest thing on this entire trip,” and we all laughed, but it was true.
